Maxi
Co-Owner & Head of Marketing
A Filipina marketing strategist with years of experience in the BPO and creative industries. Passionate about storytelling, people, and building meaningful opportunities.
Outside of Work: Podcast host, dancer, and love doing home cook and loves cooking at home. Always finding creativity in motion and flavor.

Journey
The Discovery
It began when Mathieson started working remotely with Filipino professionals. He was amazed, fluent communication, unmatched work ethic, and genuine dedication. Meanwhile, Maxi was managing her own BPO team, leading U.S. client projects with excellence and earning her first leadership promotion.
The Foundation
Seeing the potential, Mathieson established an outsourcing company built entirely around Filipino professionals and visited the Philippines for the first time. He saw firsthand the creativity, loyalty, and professionalism that set Filipino talent apart. At the same time, Maxi stepped into a senior influencer marketing role — leading a campaign worth USD 1.4 million and breaking performance records.
The Partnership
Their paths crossed, and AGR was born.
Mathieson brought global business structure, strategy, and systems. Maxi brought cultural insight, marketing expertise, and people-first leadership. Together, they built AGR, a recruitment agency that connects the world’s best agencies with the Philippines’ finest talent.
